Cancellation Policy
Color Service Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all color services at the time of booking.
Any same-day cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service to the card on file.
If payment is unable to be processed within 24 hours, an invoice will be issued with a 30-day payment requirement.
Please note that unpaid no-show fees past 30 days will result in the inability to schedule future appointments until the balance is paid in full.
